Key Factors:

Use both feet. When dribbling use   inside, outside, outside & laces. For turns & 1V1 moves a good feint   is essential & accelerate away

DRIBBLING   IN GRID USING BOTH FEET AND USING INSIDE, OUTSIDE, LACES & SOLE OF BOTH   FEET. LOADS OF TOUCHES AND TURNS. AIMING FOR 100 TOUCHES A MINUTE.

SOLE   TAPS (1)

STEPS   WITH SOLE OF BOOT ONTO THE TOP OF THE BALL.    50 AS FAST AS YOU CAN. TOUCH BALL EACH TIME.

SOLE   TAPS (2)

SAME AS   ABOVE BUT DONE 5 FORWARDS, 5 BACK UPTO 50

SOLE   TAPS (3)

SAME AS   ABOVE BUT DONE AROUND THE BALL. CHANGING YOUR DIRECTION EVERY 5 TOUCHES.

3 TAP COMBO.   RIGHT TAP, LEFT TAP, RIGHT TAP BUT THE THIRD TAP IS BEHIND THE 2ND   LED

DRIBBLING   BALL IN GRID USING ONE FOOT.  TOUCH WITH EVERY STEP WITH INSIDE OF FOOT THEN OUTSIDE OF FOOT. WRAP YOUR FOOT AROUND THE BALL EACH TIME SO THE BALL IS MOVING IN A ZIG ZAG DIRECTION.

EXACT SAME BUT WHEN YOU ROLL THE BALL   BACK, CARRY IT AWAY WITH THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR OTHER FOOT

DRAG BACK

DRIBBLING  AND    THEN PUTTING FOOT TOP OF THE BALL AND DRAGGING IT BACK AND DRIBBLING   OFF IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION. OPEN BODY OUT WHEN DRAGGING BACK

CRUYFF TURN

DRIBBLING FORWARD. FAKE TO STRIKE THE   BALL. (LIFTING ARM)  LEGS SHOULD BE   APART CREATING A LITTLE TUNNELL AND TOUCH THE BALL BACK THROUGH THE TUNNELL   (WITH TOE – NOT HEEL) AND DRIBBLE OFF IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

Stress: Graduated pressure applied by adding Speed, Complexity, Limited Area and number of players to the exercise

Success: Full Pressure Games. Opponents trying to win the ball from each other on equal teams. Small sided Games are excellent for this
